Discover Solutions (“Discover Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through our website at discoversolutions.ai (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

When you complete a form, request an audit, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business or practice details, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

- Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and provide the services you request;

- Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our content and search visibility;

We share personal information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, and otherwise only as described here. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Other U.S. states and international visitors
Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States. 9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this notice — for example, to respond to your inquiry, provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it.

11. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
