These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at discoversolutions.ai (the “Site”), operated by Discover Solutions (“Discover Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us and our services
Discover Solutions provides fractional CTO and technology consulting services — including practice management technology, CRM and Salesforce implementation, automation and AI, website development, and SEO/AEO/GEO — for dental, chiropractic, and healthcare practices and other businesses. The Site is informational and is used to share information about our services and to let you contact us. Any engagement for paid services is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or submit information through it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users, or submit false or misleading information.
4. Submissions and communications
When you submit a form or contact us, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, or SMS regarding your inquiry and our services, consistent with our Privacy Notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not submit sensitive personal information or protected health information through the Site’s forms.
5. Engagement, fees, and discovery calls
The initial discovery call is provided free of charge and carries no obligation. Optional paid engagements, such as a written technology roadmap session, and ongoing retainers are described on the Site for general information only. The specific scope, fees, billing, and cancellation terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Discover Solutions, which governs that engagement. Information presented on the Site does not constitute an offer or a binding quote.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — are owned by or licensed to Discover Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discover Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Discover Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law
